If you require information regarding a Digital Dynamo customer, a proper legal request must be submitted to our compliance representative as outlined below.
Please note: The contents of websites associated with accounts terminated due to non-payment (or any other reason) are permanently and irreversibly deleted shortly after termination—generally within five to ten business days. Once removed, this data cannot be recovered.
Digital Dynamo will provide only the information legally required or permitted under applicable law. Under the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. § 2701 et seq.), Digital Dynamo is prohibited from disclosing the contents of emails or other electronic communications except under very limited circumstances. Generally, a subpoena is required for subscriber data, while access to content often requires a court order or search warrant. Please review relevant federal law before submitting any requests.
Digital Dynamo does not retain copies of deleted or sent emails, or detailed email logs. Downloaded emails are no longer stored on our systems once they reach a customer’s device.

We reserve the right to require formal service of process where necessary. Nothing in this policy constitutes a waiver of service or acceptance of jurisdiction outside the State of California.
Digital Dynamo may, at our discretion, notify affected customers before responding to a civil or administrative subpoena. We may delay compliance for up to ten (10) days to allow time for customers to seek a motion to quash or file for a protective order—unless the request involves an emergency or is otherwise prohibited from disclosure by law.
Requests related to criminal investigations and/or grand jury proceedings are kept confidential as required by law.

Digital Dynamo reserves the right to request additional supporting materials—including complaints, pleadings, or documentation—to verify that the requested customer information is relevant to the legal proceeding.
