Pursuant to your Hosting Services Agreement, Digital Dynamo may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate your access to the Services if your conduct—or your end users’ conduct—violates this Acceptable Use Policy.

You and your end users agree to use the Services only to post, send, and receive lawful and appropriate communications. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
A. Unlawful contests, lotteries, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spamming, junk email
B. Harassment, stalking, threats, abuse, or violations of privacy or publicity rights
C. Posting obscene or illegal content, including child pornography
D. Inciting hate, violence, or discrimination
E. Uploading files protected by copyright or privacy laws without proper rights
F. Infringing on intellectual property
G. Uploading malicious files (viruses, worms, trojans, etc.)
H. Using meta tag searches or hidden data tricks
I. Downloading content you know is not legally distributable
J. Altering or removing ownership or attribution information
K. Restricting others from using the Services
L. Violating Service-specific rules or codes of conduct
M. Harvesting email addresses or personal info without consent
N. Violating laws or regulations
O. Creating false identities for deception
P. Sharing user lists or directories without authorization
Digital Dynamo reserves the right to remove or refuse to post any content, and to disclose any information as needed to comply with legal requirements.
We do not endorse or control user-generated content and disclaim any liability for user activity on the Services.
Digital Dynamo does not claim ownership of content you provide. However, by submitting content, you grant us a license to:
Copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display/perform, reproduce, edit, and reformat your submission
Publish your name in connection with your submission
Sublicense these rights to service providers
You will not be compensated for this license, and Digital Dynamo may remove any content at any time without notice.
You warrant that you have all rights necessary to post your content and grant the above license.
You represent that all content on your website complies with Title 18, U.S.C. § 2257. You warrant that:

You remain compliant for the duration of your use of our Service
Digital Dynamo is not obligated to monitor your activity, but we reserve the right to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. We are not responsible for retaining your content or forwarding unread messages.
We have a zero tolerance policy toward spam. Any account involved in sending spam will be immediately terminated.
If actual damages are difficult to calculate, you agree to pay liquidated damages of $5 per unsolicited email, or actual damages if quantifiable.
You also agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding commercial email, including honoring “do not contact” requests.
