Our cancellation policy is very easy – if you cancel your hosting account we will provide a refund for any unused time. The refund will exclude any set-up fees, add-ons, domain registrations, and free SSL certificates included with any plan. However, you do get to keep your domain name.

If we register a FREE domain name or provide a free SSL certificate for you as part of our hosting package and you decide that you want to cancel your hosting account, we will deduct the cost of the domain registration and/or SSL certificate from your refund. After the standard 60 days, you will be free to transfer your domain name away from us. During those 60 days, you can change your nameservers to point elsewhere. You will still be able to use your domain name.

99.9% Uptime Guarantee
We offer a Service uptime guarantee of 99.9% (“Service Uptime Guarantee”) of available time per month. If we fail to maintain this Service Uptime Guarantee in a particular month (as solely determined by us), you may contact us and request a credit of 5% of your monthly hosting fee for that month.
